Quick update on health issues

Or, more to the point, a short bit about the fact that Pirate is no longer having to visit three different clinics for his heart problem. The yearly doctor one is now cancelled unless there is a drastic change in his condition. Also the monthly HF clinic is cancelled as the remaining clinic (the Perhexiline clinic) can keep an eye on his health

I am glad that his care is a lot more centralized. Should make the running around a little less hopefully. :-)
