Stranger Than Fiction Topic 3

 As I watched Stranger Than Fiction by Marc Foster, I thought the movie would be a comedy not a romantic fantasy drama. Knowing that I some to answer after I decided to analyze the characters. Please proofread your entries before posting. Quite a few of your sentences here do not make sense, due to mispellings, word choice errors, and missing words. You also need to work on eliminating sentence fragments.

Also, you need to explain how you find the behavior of the characters stereotypical. Simply stating what they do does not prove your point.

I agree with you; the characters in Stranger Than Fiction were very stereotypical. However, some of them may have been stereotypical in different ways. Take Karen Eiffel for example. Although she could be considered the most "real" of all the people, she more so fits the stereotype in the sense that she doesn't really fit in to any one niche of society. She writes great books, but you never see her with any friend of hers. She goes out under a bridge in the pouring rain to contemplate how to kill someone. That, to me, is behavior considered strange in our society.

I think the whole point of the characters were to be stereotypical and to then break out of stereotype.

I agree and disagree with you! I feel that they are sterotypical at first but later break those sterotypes!
