I can help where fighting skills are concerned. Though I've tried beating the shit out of those things before. It doesn't do much good.

Even so, being skilled enough to fight can mean you can protect others, or possibly even show those with no skill some basic techniques to defend themselves... we may just not have found their weak point yet.

I'm a bit old to be playing games up against teenagers, but if you're athletic- you'd be a good candidate to learn to fight. Martial arts, defensive techniques, even running messages.

No, please don't apologize, miss Inaba. It's useful to hear it again, and I didn't know you were getting medical training. Or that you were a soldier. Those are both very, very useful.

Also, um... you can call me Reisen. Tewi has that same last name, s-so it might be a bit confusing if you keep calling me Inaba.

Well, I was thinking that if we pooled our resources and worked together, we might be able to discover some of the secrets behind this place, and maybe find a way out. Or if the drones turn against us, then we can band together to protect ourselves. I suppose you could say I'm trying to collect allies.

[a pause, followed by a laugh] I'm sorry. I didn't mean to come off so dramatic.

No, you're right. It can be. It's why I have this set so that no drones can listen in.

Your brother was right in telling you such. it's a matter of making a judgment call on whether you're comfortable with it or not. If not, I certainly won't hold it against you. I understand it's a lot to ask a person.
