(no subject)
So, for my first post, I have an adorable picture.
Isn't it beautiful? My friend e-mailed it to me the other day. I love having animal-loving friends.
And now for my fandom rant:
I love Naruto filler. Not nearly as much as Naruto canon, but the filler, with the exception of crack episodes, usually has really good character development. Now, much of the time it's development of characters made only for the filler episodes, but sometimes it focuses on canon characters. Like Hinata in the bug arc; I loved that arc because even though I hate bugs, I adore Hinata.
This arc did not disappoint. I mean, really, who doesn't want to know more about Anko. I was hooked from the first scene. I also latched on to the Anko/Ino hints. I usually don't like pairings with that big of an age difference, but as I watched more I couldn't help myself. Not that there's any Anko/Ino fanwork out there, at least not any that I can find. It's not a problem I run into a lot because I tend to like the more popular pairings.
I was also very excited to see both Sasuke and Kyuubi!Naruto, but Sasuke was hardly in it at all, and I guess after seeing Naruto go Kyuubi so often kinda dulls it. Or maybe after his fight with Sasuke, everything else just pales in comparison.
