I've been reading about how Native Americans used mugwort to ease anxiety, depression, and to have dreams. Do you think you had an out of body experience of your future death? or was it someone else? What an amazing and lucky experience you had!

So which herb was it that did this? I am very eager to try the concotion myself! Do you think it was the sage?

I *think* I read that Chammomile helps you enter REM sleep better and that sage and cloves are good for helping you to remember the dream, but I could be wrong. Mugwort is supposed to be really good too-probably better than chamomile, but be really careful if you use mugwort because I don't think you're supposed to do it if your pregnant.

as for the dream, I've been reading a lot about grieving and loss for class, and I'm grieving a little bit myself (but not too badly)-and I think it was just a metaphor.

passion flower extract supposedly helps you have a restful sleep, and i've heard of people saying it helped facilitate lucid dreaming. also, this guy was telling me yesterday that ginko helped him remember his dreams really vividly.
