Smart drugs have nothing to do with designer drugs. Smart drugs are drugs to make you smart (duh), ie. they improve things like cognition and memory.

I visited various online retailers: they all fall in one or more of three categories:

1. Indecipherable dutch
2. Blatant scams set up in minutes by a five year-old
3. Sold out

Regardless, I ordered two capsules. It remains to be seen whether they'll be delivered...
