I remember one day, a long time ago, when you called me quite randomly to tell me about the moment you were experiencing. It had to do with the beautiful weather, and the very green alcoholic drink that you had in your hand. I was in my room in Richmond, it must have been the middle of summer because it was quite green outside, and the sun was shining through the trees in a way that highlighted all the leaves and the grass, and made even the air feel green. It was a very magical moment. I'm glad you thought of me when you had the urge to share it with someone.

And of course, the day that Darwin and I were hanging around (again in my basement room in Richmond) and we had the urge to see you... but were too stoned to do anything about it, so we kept playing video games, and less than an hour later you called! Before I could tell you of the wonderful coincidence, you asked what we were up to, explaining that you were in the mood to hang out. Thus Marshall Day was borne.
