It makes so much of a difference when you actually are forced to sit down and watch something like that. it made me cry.

yeah, i'll tell her. Lauren's doing very well dealing with it all...but that never surprised me because she's always been a strong gal.

i've been vegetarian for 6 years.... and that terribly sad video has helped me take the leap into veganism. those poor poor animals :(
