Hawk called a couple hours ago from somewhere near Arkansas, said while he was on the road our realtor called and left a message about setting up our closing-papers-signing appointment. O.o; I presume he'll call him back to set it up once he's back in town ...should be approximately 4-5 hours.

Like...woah.

YAY! I'm so excited, though not as excited as Brie, everytime we go by, she asks if you're living there yet! When do you move, officially?

YeaY me too! XD The little goof. (Nevermind that I've been living there in my head for quite some time now. *lalala*)

The plan is to be officially out of HERE by August 1, essentially taking our sweet time. If the scheduling works out w/the nephews the furniture is supposed to move in mid-June-ish. There again taking for granted that we'll have the repainting done swiftly.

And now...for some inexplicable reason I want lemonade. *blink* Oh wait... coping mechanism...I'm starting to get really really overwhelmed by all the work that needs to be done. D:
