Turns out it's just an allergy

Leo's more or less ok. And it definitely wasn't something nightmarish (save for the 3 shots he had to get.) Woot!

UNFORTUNATELY...it's likely that it's the kitty crack he's allergic to so we're going to have to round up all the little balls and get rid of them. *sad*

Ferret boys go back in tomorrow.

okay, obviously I missed something. When I stop to think about it, I have this vague memory of this little voice in the back of my mind saying "you need to reply to that email from mel", but I have no idea when or what about. Please forgive me, I'm obviously useless lately. What's going on? Has Leo been sick or something? (btw, you're welcome to call and poke at me if you're having trouble getting me to answer things. if that doesn't work, just keep emailing, or yell at me in my journal or something. I'm a little vague these days.)

Couple weeks ago, kitty face nodes, you ish not useless. I figured you were either busy or that was the equivalent of a squirt bottle. "Bad Mel! figure it out on your own."

He's ok. He got two test shots in the face (one of which he sat essentially still for) and one medication shot. We're keeping an eye on him for signs of diabetes and allergy triggers but other than an increase in his neediness he's dandy. We even had to fight him today in order to gain use of the pet carrier for the ferrets. He was NOT giving up the cave.

Rafi found it pretty amusing. Le-lo wasn't acting sick he just had a couple of bumps around the mouth. Rodent ulcers. Who knew? Since it usually comes from plastic we think we know what was doing it. Wait and see type stuffs.
