Not always. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Sometimes the death is need for the world to survive, sometimes it's only done in maliciousness.

It's not really black and white like good and bad.

T-then what if there isn't survival or maliciousness?

What does that mean?

It's a rather grey area. I think... if your feel guilt about it, it shows how much you regret it, shows that you are still human.

Can... Can I ask who or why?

I don't know if he felt guilty, but... I think he did.

I don't think it would make you a bad person. It would just mean you did a bad thing.

Does that mean you can be a good person but do bad things?

Well yes...kinda. If you feel bad about doing whatever it was that was the bad thing, then you can be a good person. People just make mistakes sometimes. It's what makes us human.

So... it could have been a mistake.

Just a mistake...?

It depends on the killer's motives.

T-they said it was to stop a war...

It's still more complicated than that. Each side has their reasons, both believing themselves to be correct.

[ Thinking. ]

Doesn't that mean revenge is murder?

That depends on why you killed them.

I think... he killed them to stop a war.

reconciledtwins June 28 2009, 03:54:56 UTC
Then no. Killing in the line of duty or to preserve another life is excusable.

felltohate June 28 2009, 15:56:18 UTC
But someone else said that both sides have their own reasons. So how come it's okay for one side but not the other?
