new years quiz thing....
I got bored... so i decided to do a quiz at 4am! great...
1.What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before? Got my own house in london with friends, went to Egypt!
2.Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year? I cant remember what my new years resolution was last year, and they are pointless so i doubt ill make one this year, tho maybe i should spend less?
3.Did anyone close to you give birth? Um, no...
4. Did anyone close to you die? No, not this year, tho a girl in my geology class died, but i didnt know her well at all
5. What countries did you visit? Egypt, Nice in France, Gibraltar, Prague in Crezch republic - amazing place
6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004? I want to be happier. Large amounts of this year i spent being alone and unhappy.
7. What dates from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? Last new years, easter in Nice, moving out of halls and moving into my new house, and the summer in general. Soz, i cant remember specific dates and im not gonna say why either cos some are painful
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? passing my maths exams in uni!!!!!!! 33% pass!! Finding enough friends that want to live with me, plus i think getting through the beginning of the year and getting a new gf was an acheivement
9. What was your biggest failure? Well, i did something i really promised myself i wouldnt do. I dont know.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? Nothing major
11. What was the best thing you bought? Really enjoyed reading harry potter and shogun.. stopped me going insane during the time i was depressed
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration? Um???
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed? Dave and caroline! Sorry! I missed u dave! Hans. And my own.
14. Where did most of your money go? On drink.... :-/
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Oh i dunno, reading festival was a good one, and going back to uni!!
16. What song will always remind you of 2004? hey ya by Outkast! Ok, really not my kinda music but it reminds me of the drunken nites at 99s in the union on Mondays during the 1st half of this year. Anna and Lydia dancing and crappy DJ crazyness.

a) happier or sadder? Happier
b) thinner or fatter? The same
c) richer or poorer? Poorer i guess
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? wish i had been happier and gotten over things faster, more friends?
19. What do you wish you'd done less of? i pushed too much for things, i should of just let go and just relaxed more
20. How will you be spending Christmas? Like this year, with family back in the forest prob
22. Did you fall in love in 2004? More like i went back to love. I didnt fall in love with ne1 new
23. How many one-night stands? None, was i meant to??
24. What was your favourite TV program? I discovered the magic that is black books!! Bernard!! Lol!
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Dont hate ne1, tho some ppl hurt me when they didnt have too
26. What was the best book you read? Harry potter!! Yeah, finally...
27. What was your greatest musical discovery? Metal stuff, cheers liz and rock soc...
28. What did you want and get? Um, i think last year i went full cycle. I wanted a new gf, and got a new gf, and then got the old one back again too....
29. What did you want and not get? Ooo, lots of things! Would like liz back as a friend, but i guess it’ll never be like it was.
30. What was your favourite film of this year? Oh, no idea, i prob saw lots of films, just cant remember them...
31. What did you do on your birthday? Got an old mini!! And went to the pub with friends in chepstow, good day
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? A few things could of happened, a really great new gf would of been nice! Han not going out with dave would of been nice, me suddently getting my hair back would of been really good too....
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004? Pretty much the same as 2003! My personal fashion involves baggy jeans, a t-shirt and a hat....
34. What kept you sane? Good books and angry music, and maybe dave?
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Dont know
36. What political issue stirred you the most? Tony Blair selling us to Europe, Dr Kelly being driven to suicide (that was this year yeah?) Fox hunting being forced through using the Parliament act. And of course Bush’s reign of terror continuing...
37. Who did you miss? Han, liz, gran
38. Who was the best new person you met? Claire really, and i met Louise and her strange archeology friends(and house!), i cant really remember who else new i met this year??? Elaine? Um... i guess i only really became good friends with John this year, but id know him awhile...
39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2004: Just that, if things are meant to be, they will be, and if they dont, its for the best. Some things u just cant change and then u just have to let go and move on.
