I couldn't invest, but you'd have a customer. Trawling the second-hand stores for people's cast-offs isn't my idea of a good time.

I don't think trawling second-hand stores for a good deal is ever anyone's idea of a good time except maybe antiquers.

Luckily, if I have my own shop, I can pay myself to spend time doing it. Which makes it slightly better. Also more efficient in the grand sense of things.

If things go well enough you can pay someone else. Even better.

I'm going to be looking for a minimal and a shortboard, to start with.

I am definitely going to try to get some minimals in stock, then. And definitely going to have to make sure I have tall ceilings.
