I've heard good things about Chained Desires, I think it's called, in Mount Vernon. I don't know if its specifically feminist/womyn-friendly, but it's been mentioned several times by people I trust as a good place. I can't remember the specific intersection--I can picture it, but I can't remember.

I went in there once and they were very nice. I don't know if they're specifically feminist, but I say anywhere where a girl can feel comfortable expressing her sexuality is a feminist space, so go for it.
