Day 19 ? A talent of yours
Well, first and foremost, I'm excellent at convincing myself I have no talents. And, yeah, let's face it, there's nothing I'm OMGSUPERAWESOME at. My intelligence is above-average (though you might not know it meeting me for the first time), and I'm an eloquent writer, but that's about it. But I'm learning to be content with just being as good at things as I can be, and enjoying them because they're fun.
That being said, I am a pretty fierce cook. My repertoire is very limited, but what I make, I make REALLY well. Let's see. I do cornbread, chili, chili con cashews, brownies, various cookies, brioche, and pizza. I don't do anything special to them, everything just turns out fabulous. I'm convinced it's because they're infused with whatever music I'm listening to while I cook.
I don't see myself ever doing fancy gourmet meals (honestly, I dislike most fancy food), but I rock at simple delicious stuff.

Day 30 ? Whatever tickles your fancy
A little over a year ago, I uploaded a video to Youtube of my nephew, Lysander, reciting Wash's "dinosaur monologue" from Firefly. (You know, "curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!" etc.) It was mostly to show to my friends so we could all go "awwwww," and the last time I glanced at the video it had maybe 100 views.
Today my sister Facebook-messages me to say "You have made the Bean famous! On the internet!" I checked the video.
1,763 views. WHAT. I don't know how or why that happened, but it's like, mini-viral or something! And I find myself vaguely embarrassed because it was shot on my old, crappy camera, it's so dark you can barely even see my nephew's face, and it's just generally kind of stupid. But, yeah. My nephew's on Youtube.
Obviously you want to watch it now:
