This was perpetrated upon me the other day by docwebster, who blamed it on an episode of Whose Line Is It Anyway.

the feghoot I've heard based on that one involves a frog seeking to give a bank a small collectible as security for money lent. The loan officer, one Ms. Patricia Wack, is skeptical until the manager comes over and says....

"It's a knick-knack, Patty Wack, give the frog a loan."
