Yeah and they also found evidence that there was chloroform in the trunk and some evidence that there was decomposing that had taken place in the trunk.
Yep, it was given this morning. She is being charged for giving false information to the police but that is it. She was found not guilty for the murder so yeah she gets to walk free :(
No justice for little Caylee, which is the saddest part of this whole thing.
I'm pretty sure there simply wasn't as much evidence as the prosecution claimed, and none of the murder evidence was solid. Plus there were just too many unanswered questions (for example, the area where the body was eventually found had supposedly been searched more than once before the body was found there) and things that didn't add up. Even the hair-in-the-trunk evidence is circumstantial, as even hair with follicle tags can legitimately end up everywhere (i.e. if Cayley had caught her hair on something, those hairs could have landed on a blanket, been in a coat zipper, etc and then fallen into the trunk when the item was placed there).
I'm honestly surprised only because of the attention the case received. I'm glad the jury did what was absolutely the right thing - there was reasonable doubt.

I don't see how she is not guilty?
