He is facing away from me as I walk past him. So, he of course doesn’t see me when he admits to his wife, “Yes, we have a woman on our team but, don’t worry honey she’s a big woman”, ( Read more... )

You did famously! Good for you!

Isn't it wonderful to be underestimated? I'd say you're far from "safe".

You know, I would only recommend this kind of thing when it's done this well. Well done; and what a jerk.

Still. It made me cry and that just burns me! Now, I have to remain strong and confident when I am around Mister Asshate all the time and not let my guard down. While being careful not to over try or stick my foot in my mouth. Worse, not pick a fight.

Insecurity!! My insides ache!

Well, I'd be offended, too. It's a nasty thing to say; the whole thing is low.

And Meg's fine, by the way. Awake and out of recovery. Hydrating; we should be out within the hour.

Ah, I love hearing things like that about me when people are looking the other way. It means I have the opportunity to rapidly ghost up behind them, drop a heavy hand on each shoulder/back, and project "HI!"

The usual result is an attempt at the new synchronised shitscared leaping record, and a lesson learned that it's not a good idea to randomly slag people off.
