TERMS AND CONDITIONS
♥ All prices are non-negotiable
♥ Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
♥ Payment is to be made within 24-hours after confirmation mail is sent out from femellelove
♥ Once an order is taken down, there should be no cancellation of order. (so please consider carefully before making your order)
♥ All payments are to be made to UOB savings acc 395-370-972-2
♥ Reference number of transaction made should be provided before we mail out your orders
♥ Orders are mailed out on a first-pay-first-serve basis instead of the time of order
♥ Meet-ups are negotiable and with a maximum waiting time of 20 minutes!
♥ Femellelove should not be held responsible for any loss of items through normal postage
♥ Normal postage would be $1.50 for each order and Registered mail would carry an extra cost of $2.24.
EXCHANGE POLICY
♥ In any case if the item is faulty, exchanges are permitted unless the item is in un-used and un-washed conditions.
♥ Exchanges should be done within the same item and not others
♥ Should the item to be exchanged run out of stock, the exchange would be permitted to other items with a requirement of a top-up for higher-priced item but no refund for a lower-priced item
