Republicans seem to have run up against a rather serious problem, which is that sex is popular. People like it. Even conservative people who usually vote Republican. Apparently they can make a lot of noise in the media surrounding this issue, but can they actually translate it into votes? When rights start to evaporate, even conservatives who fail to understand how policy affects real people eventually have to sit up and take notice.

What a slimeball. As someone outside the US, I find it frightening that Rush Limbaugh and others like him get taken seriously and are even part of part of the mainstream political discourse there.

Looked up his actual comments - what the F is wrong with this guy - calling him a 'misogynist toad' is mild.
