damn that's rough. It sounds like your guys are much more verbally aggressive than mine. That;s one of the things I like about working with the Developmentally Challenged--they tend to be pretty happy. Turn over must be crazy at your place.

BTW: as i am writing this, i have been off for the past 2 days because a consumer gouged me in the eyes and now they are all infected. At least i have some days off ;)
