Can't wait to get my tangible prize. We are the lucky ones - hurrah. Khatchapuri sounds wonderful. Bring home lots of recipes. I love trying new things even if they don't have antichokes or feta cheese in the ingredients. Glad you are better. Take care of yourself. Sounds like a fun couple of days. So you know that long shopping list you've got for me (which I will promptly reimburse you for)... any chance you could add on a "Dinamo" shirt/jacket for me? :) :) :) I'm such a geek. heh heh. I'm a medium.

I had some FABULOUS khinkali in St. Petersburg. I really need to try out this Georgian restaurant called (of course) Pirosmani when I'm next in New York. Hmmm, I'll be there this weekend... :)

I miss Georgian food. Have you tried kharcho yet? I was surprised to find how similar it is to menudo, a staple of Mexican cuisine that I grew up on.

There's even a Georgian restaurant in Helsinki! I haven't been yet, but I'm like 99% sure that that's Georgian writing on the front window (I've only driven by). :) Enjoy your time there, since now it'll start flying for real.
