Yeah, I went to Moulin Rouge where my friend Kelly works.
I had the worst salon experience ever.
some stupid receptionist put me in with a woman who cant do hair for shit.
she had to do the foils twice.
It looks alright, but its not what I wanted.
and then she overcharged me for her mistakes.
