Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is feeling really hard this year. 
Last year my mom and aunt came up and we had a fabulous and wonderful 1956 themed Thanksgiving.  
This year however my mom informed me in the summer that she would not be coming up for Thanksgiving.  i wanted to still do it here in Atlanta, and it feels important to me to create some traditions here. I

I'd say that you could come visit me, but shocking my family may not be the best thing for a fragile state either.

I was just thinking the other day about how much fun I had last year. This will be my first TG with family in like 8 years and while I'm grateful for the opportunity I think I will miss spending it with friends.

last year was so much fun, but it makes for this year to be such a let-down :-(
if i came to visit you i could see my older half-sister

but if i need to go away it needs to be cheap and/or i can bring my lil doggie.
