*Del's found a gym/dojo in the City, and in the interest of working off the emotions that she can't untangle--or at least working herself into exhaustion so that she can finally rest--she's clearly been practicing. Her iPod headphones are in, and Del is alternately pounding away at a punching bag, or doing katas on the large mat.*

[Sees Del hitting the punching bag]

Hey there! I see that you are training your body, just like a true American! Exercise is always needed, especially after eating a hamburger!

*Walking around to cool down, and just breathes for a few minutes* I... suppose you could say that. *rubs the back of her neck lightly.* It's complicated, and music isn't helping, so I thought I'd try what twin usually does when she's frustrated and practice.

*And Del comes trotting up, a small duffel bag--everything she was practicing with is in it--slung over one shoulder. Lifts her hand lightly in greeting.* Hope you weren't waiting too long... I tried to hurry.
