Summary: Uo goes looking for Tohru on s Spring day.
Uo's allergies were going haywire today, but Tohru had asked her to come by. Unfortunately, all she'd been able to find was Kyo stretched out on a sunny spot on the porch like a cat. He hadn't been of much help in locating Tohru, so she went to the backyard and found a trail between some trees that led to a small clearing.
Tohru was stretched out in a bed of flowers, her eyes closed against the sun and red flower petals tangled in her hair. Uo felt a small blush touch her cheeks as Tohru shifted, turning her head so she could get a good look at her visitor. Her face lit up immediately as she hurriedly stood, dusting grass from her skirt.
There were always fragments of moments where Uo could see Kyoko in Tohru. A small quirk of her lips here, a glitter in her eye there - they tore at her heart.
"I wasn't sure if you show up," Tohru said, "so I came out here just to pick some flowers but I guess I fell asleep. I'm sorry you had to come out here, the pollen isn't helpful to your allergies."
Uo inhaled deeply behind her mask, licking her lips as she reached out and dusted petals from Tohru's hair. "Don't worry about it. What did you want to see me for?"
Tohru blushed, looking away. "Actually, it was nothing. I just wanted to spend some time with you. It's so pretty today."
Looking her over, Uo smiled. "Yeah, it is."
