Summary: Siobhan warns her out of a deadly game.
Siobhan eyes the woman carefully before closing the distance between them. She can tell, even from here, that the woman thinks she's hot stuff and cocky. But, that's in a police station.
The world she's unknowingly delving into will string her up high and never get let down again. Or drown her before she could think twice if she got to close.
She had no sympathy for her type. But, it would be best to avoid another casualty if at all possible. She'd hate to be the one to shoot her down. If she did, there would be no betrayal this time. No strings attached.
She starts across the pavement, slush sticking to her boots. As expected, the woman looks up, catches sight of her, instinctively reaches to her hip, but Siobhan holds up her hands, showing her she's unarmed (that she can see).
The woman narrows her eyes, keeps her hands in place, just in case (what a good girl).
Cutting to the chase, she tells her simply, "You'd best stay out this business, love."
Angie straightens herself, somehow sure of herself that she can handle her. "Oh, yeah? And what business is that?"
Siobhan smiles, more to herself than to Angie. "By the time you figure out what's really going on, you'll likely be dead."
Siobhan can read the sudden doubt on her face quite easily. "I don't think you understand--"
"I understand everything. It's you who doesn't. You have no idea. Stay away from my girls, dear."
