Emma parked the car in the drive and just sat for a minute. It had been a long hard day. She rubbed her eyes and took a few breaths and put on a smile. She refused to take the troubles of the day home with her. She was determined to enjoyed her night with her wife.
She went inside and Regina was right there in the hall looking amazing and holding two glasses of wine. The vibrant purple satin chemise clung to Regina's body in all the right places. The black straps were thin, and along the top there was black lace trim, drawing the eye to the magnificent curves of Regina's bosom. It only came down to mid-thigh, showing off Regina's legs.
"You look like you could use this," Regina said and handed Emma one of the glasses. Emma took it gratefully and took a sip. She looked at Regina again.
"Wow."
Regina smiled. "Henry is with Snow. There's a bath ready for you upstairs, dinner will be ready when you get out, and for dessert..." She gestured at herself.
"I..." Emma's brain shifted from stressed to stunned in one perfect instant. "I love you."
Regina kissed her cheek and smiled. She headed for the kitchen, Emma watched her go. That chemise really did look good. Emma went upstairs. She stripped off and let the hot bubbly water take away the last lingering tension.
