Hanna was her friend, one of her best friends, she had been her rock and main source of support when she came out, she had always been by her side, never judged her, she had just been so... she couldn't even come up with words that could describe how perfect Hanna was. And that's not even taking into account her breathtaking beauty.
But now, because of one little instance of weakness, their relationship might be ruined for good; Emily hated the idea of being considered some sort of predatory lesbian who goes after her hot female friends and tries to 'turn' them or whatever... she liked Hanna, perhaps as more than just the magnific friend that she was, but she liked boys, she would never...
Wait, why was she smiling now?
"Why aren't you freaking out?" was all Emily could say.
"Because, it was about damn time, Em" Hanna replies, smiling widely. "I was starting to get tired of you not taking a hint!"
And then, before Emily can articulate anything, Hanna kisses her. Except this time, Emily doesn't back away.
