Amber's mission was a risky one; sure, they were all on exposure right now, but Blondie can't help but worry about her.
She trained Amber herself on the trick: a kiss on the neck to distract while swiftly slipping her hand into the Mayor's breast pocket to obtain the lighter. She's confident that Amber can archieve this mission, but only if Amber is confident on herself, on her looks, on her skills... and all Blondie can do is watch. Watch Babydoll sway her hips and start the show. Watch Amber's beautiful eyes before they're forced to break contact, because the Mayor has to become Amber's sole focus right now. Watch and pray.
And she's successful. The curtain drops, the five of them gather backstage, and Amber takes out the lighter, her eyes filled with a distinguishable look of pride. Blondie pulls her into a tight embrace, containing the tears; she had returned to her side, where she belonged.
