Hot hot water flowed over her body. Her body ached and she was still coming down from the high of performing in front of an enthusiastic crowd.
In the morning there was another journey on the tour bus, another city, another show.
It was hard, exhausting, and incredible.
Humming to herself with her eyes closed Taylor didn't hear Karlie come in. She did see Karlie slip out of her robe and hang it on the hook of the door.
Karlie pulled open the glass door and Taylor opened her eyes and nearly jumped out of her skin.
"Holy...you scared the crap outta me!" Taylor laughed. She reached for Karlie with both hands and pulled her in under the streaming water with her.
"Sorry, it's just we get so little time alone together while you're touring, I just had to come join you."
"I'm glad you did," Taylor smiled, her hands slipping around Karlie's waist, drawing her in for a slow sweet kiss on the lips. "There's no way I would survive doing this whole touring thing without this."
"Lucky they have showers all over the place these days."
"You know what I mean," Taylor giggled.
"Oh, you mean, this..." Karlie kissed her again.
"Uh-huh, that," Taylor nodded.
"This?" Karlie stroked her thumb over Taylor's nipple then lightly pinched it.
"Yes..."
"This," Karlie's other hand went down between Taylor's legs, the tip of her middle finger teasing slow.
"Definitely."
The rush from the show became a different kind of surge.

Anna took the opening and drove the angel blade up under the jaw of Muriel. The blade easily punched through into the skull of the angel's vessel. White light flashed and Muriel died.
Wielding a stolen angel blade of her own Ruby spun out of the way as a pair of angels attacked her.
The angels were both wearing men in dark suits, one was tall and reed thin. The other shorter, black and broad shouldered. The taller one jerked forward and slashed and Ruby wasn't quick enough. The shiny tip of the blade tore into her cheek.
With blood streaming down the left side of her face Ruby blocked a strike at her side from the other angel.
Anna threw herself at the taller one, twisting to avoid his stab at her, and plunged her weapon into his chest. She looked round in time to see Ruby kill the last angel with three quick jabs to the abdomen.
"We need to go," Anna said. They shared a look.
"They'll never stop," Ruby said. "Angels, demons, they'll never just let us be together."
Anna grabbed Ruby by the hand. "But we'll be together anyway."
They ran out to the motorcycle and rode off. Another escape.
They both knew they wouldn't be able to run forever. One day they wouldn't get away.
But today they had. Today their crazy beyond forbidden love carried on.

Across the street from Stark Tower there was a milkshake and ice-cream parlour.
Sitting at a window seat Darcy and Skye were looking out at the crowd gathered in front of the tower.
Darcy's milkshake was strawberry, Skye's mint chocolate.
"Oh there, far left," Darcy pointed.
"Iron Man wouldn't have got very far if his armor only covered that much of his body," said Skye.
The two of them admired the pretty cosplayer. She was a tall skinny redhead. Her headgear was Iron Man accurate, the chest piece showed more of her breasts than it covered.
"How did you know they were going to be here today?" asked Skye.
"I put up a post on their forum telling them Tony was going to be here."
"But he's not," Skye said.
"You know that, and I know that..."
"You're so bad," Skye grinned.
"That's why you love me," Darcy gave her a quick strawberry flavored kiss.
"You being a kindred pervert is one of many reasons," Skye sucked on her straw and while enjoying their milkshakes Darcy and Skye drooled over the hot Stark fans.
