Fandom: DCU
Pairing: Dinah/Barbara

There are rose petals on the floor. Actual rose petals. Leading through the living room and, hey, there’s a very pretty, very lacy black bra hanging off the arm of the couch.

Dinah tries not to grin too wide and follows the trail.

There are handcuffs dangling from the door handle, once she reaches the bedroom. She snags them on her way past, twirling them over her thumb as she takes in the candlelight that greets her.

Except it’s not real candlelight, it’s a row of monitors and laptops displaying a looped video of candles burning. It’s still just as atmospheric as the real thing, though. Maybe even prettier, somehow, colours amped up high.

Barbara’s reclining against her pillows. Clearly waiting for Dinah, wearing nothing but a pair of simple black panties and a smirk that makes Dinah’s toes curl in her boots.

“Why, Ms. Gordon,” she grins, crossing her arms over her chest. “I do believe you’re trying to seduce me.”

Barbara raises an eyebrow. “An impressive deduction,” she deadpans, thumb tapping at her phone although her eyes never leave Dinah’s face, music promptly fading in from the speakers around the room.

Oh God, it’s Whitney. Barbara knows Whitney is Dinah’s one true weakness.

Dinah moves forward slow, letting her hips swing as she moves around the bed. “Well, my boss is the right-hand woman of the World’s Greatest Detective,” she teases.

Barbara's eyes sparkle at the nickname. “Hmm, she sounds hot.”

Dinah laughs throatily. “You have no idea.”
