Olivia never says her name, in bed or out - which is just as well because that might be kind of awkward. It's really not so bad, though, having the ex-girlfriend hanging around, figuratively if not literally.
Sure, for a while there you think about bleaching your hair a few shades lighter - especially when it occurs to you how much easier coordinating clothes and makeup must be for a blonde - but you don't want to be that obvious about it. Anyway, in the dark, when Olivia's hips are shifting restlessly and her fingers are twining through your hair, what does it matter if it's pale white-gold or some indeterminate shade of brownish-red? You're the one who gets to taste her on your tongue, you're the one Olivia clutches at as she comes.
You get used to it. She's still there with you, leaving her impression in the spaces between your skin, casting a shadow over Olivia's eyes when she looks your way. And at times it does get a little crowded but three generate a lot more heat than two and at least you'll never be lonely. After a while, you think you might even miss her if she was gone.
