And on the Lady’s lap she placed her head, sipped the wine on the Lady’s lips and Galadriel’s hands turned to gold anything that Eowyn thought was less.
In time, her sword smote the Witch. The War ended. And she was bound to Gondor.
She wept secretly, and bitterly, Galadriel lost. But Eowyn did not forget, forfeiting all to memory.
