Tori's almost positive she didn't leave a burrito in her locker over the weekend, nor did she write highly offensive language all over her trigonometry homework--thank goodness she looked it over before attempting to hand it in!
No, weird things just seemed to be happening to her lately. Admittedly, it wasn't until a raccoon darted out of her car one morning that Tori began to wonder if all these incidents had anything to do Jade.
"Have you been messing with my homework and my car and all the other things that have been screwy lately?" Tori asked later that same morning.
Jade looked up from her locker, disinterested. "Yeah."
"What? Why?"
Tucking several scissors back into her locker, Jade slammed her locker closed and turned fully to Tori.
"Because I've been waiting for you to give me what I want," Jade answered, annoyed.
Tori was confused, scrunching up her face and trying to think of what on earth Jade could be talking about. She started to say something when Jade let out a exasperated sigh and yanked her forward. Their teeth clanked for a second before their lips slid into place against each other.
"Oh..." Tori breathed slowly a moment later. She was confused still, but less so now. "Sorry?"
Jade didn't look impressed by the apology, so Tori, blushing, kissed her. Tori could feel the goth's upturned lips against hers.
