"They're probably in the lab, indulging their nerdiness," Darcy said with a roll of her eyes. Skye laughed. Both of them imagined Jane and Simmons babbling to each other in science-speak that Darcy and Skye would find impossible to follow.
"Okay, while they're indulging we can have some fun."
"What did you have in mind?" Asked Darcy, wondering if it was just her imagination or was Skye really giving her flirty eyes?
"Oh I don't know, what do you do for fun around here?"
"Drink and play Mario Kart mostly."
"Drinking and Mario Kart it is," Skye nodded.
Darcy lead the way to the kitchen where the booze was kept, deliberately walking with an exaggerated wiggled she hoped made her ass look good. When she turned to face Skye again she was definitely giving her flirty eyes. "So what will it be? We've got beer, vodkas of vast flavours, rum, a bottle of..."
"Actually Darcy, can we maybe skip the drinking and the rest of the flirting and just..." Skye raised her eyebrows and licked her lips.
"Oh my god yes, I thought I was going to totally have to make the first move," Darcy let all the tension flow out of her and put her hands on Skye's hips, pulling her in close.
"This is definitely my kinda of fun," Skye grinned and kissed Darcy.
"Bedroom," Darcy said, breaking the kiss. "This way. Those two will be nerding out for hours," Darcy took Skye's hand.
