“Look at you,” she heard her girlfriend murmur, felt the tips of her fingernails tracing where collar met skin.
It was light, but heavy enough she could feel the leather without even moving, could feel it pressing in on her neck and marking her.
If she moved her head particularly fast the little padlock that held it shut would clink against the metal it locked through.
“How beautiful you are wearing my mark. Showing the world you're mine.”
She shivered at the words, touching the collar reverently herself.
“Yours.”
“All mine. Forever and always. You're not to take this off.” a sharp tug on the padlock had her nearly off balance, “This does not leave your neck without me doing it. You're never to be bare without my permission. Understood?”
“Yes.”
“Yes what, Regina?”
Regina raised her eyes to meet Emma's, “Yes, mistress.”
