This update isn't compulsory, but we'd still love to hear from you! So, after last month's getting to know you questions, we'd like to follow on with a few more fic-based questions:

my first proper femslash pair was definitely Clary/Isabelle of The Mortal Instruments series and way back when there was like 2 fics out there for them and they were all super sexual so like. It’s nice to see now we’ve got more out there. (warms my heart).

and idk if u can call it a trope but I’m always here for small town aus (guess what I wrote one), but also fake relationship fics are Life Itself.

progress is still minimal, but hey. I have quite a plan now. I just need to get more writing done.

what was your first femslash paring?
Dax and Kira on ST:DS9 was the first one I can remember reading. I am pretty sure JJ/Emily from Criminal Minds was the first one I wrote.

What's your favourite trope to read/see and/or create for?
I am a big fan of first times fics, usually with a healthy dose of angst.

I don't know if there's a specific term for this, but I'm a big fan of writing stories in which Character A and Character B end up having sex, but one or both of them are in love with Character C. Usually that fact is openly acknowledged between the two of them.

How you’ve been going with your fic/fanwork? Got anything done yet?
Yes! I actually finished two short fics, and the first chapter of a third.

Then and Now - HTGAWM, Bonnie/Annalise

Building Castles Out of Shovels - HTGAWM, Bonnie/Laurel

The Mythology of Eve - HTGAWM, unfinished, eventual Bonnie/Annalise/Eve

And I have the first chunk of a Bonnie/Eve fic that's getting closer to being ready to go.

My first femslash pairing was Ginny/Luna and with femslash I tend to really like friends to lovers. In general, I really love party games in fiction for some reason.

Not done yet. Concentrating on other things at the moment that are due first. ♥

My first femslash pairing was Jenny/Sarah from Primeval. I watched the first episode of series 3 and was like "... I ship it so hard" so I turned to the internet hoping for fanfic and there was none! And that is the story of how I became a fanfic writer.

I LOVE TROPES! Like 90% of my fics are tropealicious. My favourites are Body Swap, Trapped Together and Fake Dating. I also love Pirate AUs. Just give me all the tropes.

Just in case it affects artist pairings or anything, I'm leaving today to go travelling for a month in Peru, so I won't be able to check LJ or tumblr and may not be able to reply to emails. I signed up as both a writer and an artist, so I just didn't want whoever I'm paired with to think I've dropped out or anything if I don't message them while I'm away. I'll be back on 13th April so can message them then. I'm magicsophicorn on tumblr & AO3, bella_farfalla on LJ.
