Man, I cannot WAIT for that day. What are you talking about, that's like a dog pile orgy of awesomeness right there! You buy some DVDs, take in a show, spend the night ripping and drooling over all of it. I mean, yes, your brain might explode from the all that intake of awesome, but what a way to go.

I doubt I'll be fluent in Japanese by then. Hell, I'm still on numbers and memorizing the characters...but MY GOD I want to see the Bankai Show so bad I'm piddling in anticipation.

PS: With all your updates and enlightening facts about Japanese Actors and Theatre, I'm actually contemplating getting my masters degree in Japan. The hair, make-up and fantasy worlds Japanese theater brings to the stage is so much more fun to design and play with than the contemporary and historical pieces of American theater.

Unfortunately, the only problem is that 2 hours is nooooot enough time to get from my work to Animate and then to Yokohama (it takes about an hour to get from my work to Animate and another to get from there to the stadium), so I can't pick up my copy or have it delivered until at least Friday (because I have to sign for it). BLARGH.

I wonder if I can bribe someone into going to Animate and picking it up for me...

Mmm, I started watching Bleach after I heard it was being made into a musical and that my favorite guys would be in it, buuuuuuut I only got about 20 episodes in before I got bored XD; That being said, it was definitely enough to understand a good bit of the first show, but took a sharp downturn with subsequent shows, as new characters were introduced and I didn't know who the hell they were XD

Multiple viewings and reading up summaries of the series helped, though :D I never watch BuriMyu for the plot, really, anyways XD; I vastly prefer the Code Lives, because there is no plot~

If you can, maybe find a short summary of the Soul Society arc? It's the first arc of the series, AFAIK, and the only arc the musicals cover--they take 92837423 musicals to get through one little arc, sheesh XD;

If you need a rough recap or any explanation, I might be able to help, as I can just fill you in on the need-to-knows for the myu :D

Here's hoping that Shibatora airs no where NEAR the 20th. XD;; Maybe network scheduling will think about the fact that every. single. Tuti and/or Nagayan. fan. will be at DL7 and NOT at home in front of their TVs? :B Why lose such a large and dedicated fanbase?
