XDDDDD so Gaku, gearing up for the Japan Anime Live, took my advice finally asked Eiji for some pointers on being Renji. This is his relation of how it all went down:

So, when I asked Moriyama Eiji, my sempai who played Abarai Renji in Rock Musical Bleach, "So what are the main, important points about Renji?" he gave me this incomprehensible reply

These guys do cosplay from time to time? :O Interesting. I only saw a picture of the One Piece cosplay, where Daiki-chan was also in it.

And it wasn't cosplay really--they were part of the official Bleach booth at Jump Festa at the same time that One Piece gig was going on (that was why Wasshi wasn't in the One Piece skit but the other three were; because he was in the Bleach one as Renji).

(the One Piece thing was a big "musical/play" of sorts, btw, with *pnish* et al. acting out the roles while the seiyuu did voice overs :D)
