Masked Singer Again
I know, it's all I'm updating about right now... but at least I'm updating? The final episode is tonight, so I'll have to start coming up with other topics before too long!
Anyway, I figured I'd better do another quick wrap up of last week's thoughts before they're no longer relevant.
Going into last week, I was really expecting it would be the Monster who was unmasked... but in a bit of a surprise, he really brought his A game and the Rabbit's performance wasn't quite as good as the previous ones had been.
I've been guessing for awhile that the Rabbit was someone from NSYNC, but had no idea who (other than it wasn't Lance Bass). So does that count as being 1/4 right? I simply didn't know the band well enough to guess which one it was, I'm afraid.
As for the ones who are left:
The peacock is definitely Donny Osmond. I've been convinced of that since the first episode and nothing has changed my mind.
The Bee... I was convinced for most of the season that she's Gladys Knight, then started to waver, largely because of the Grammy awards not matching (the Bee said she has 10, Gladys has four on her own and three with the Pips... unless I'm missing something somewhere), but seriously, everything else fits her so well (and the 10 Grammys is the only thing that really fits with Chaka Khan), that I'm back to thinking it's Gladys Knight.
The Monster. Still no clue... which I strongly suspect is because I don't actually know the person behind the mask. He was really shining in last week's show, though.
As for which one is going to win? I honestly don't know... but I'm leaning toward Peacock at this point.
