(no subject)
this weekend, was insane. for awhile i've been questioning the limits to which i've pushed myself, both physically and mentally.. little did i know the peaks i would achieve. saturday i went to charlotte st to check out my new digs, and just hang out. it was a pretty good time. saturday though.. oh jesus. basically this is a extreme coles-notes version, but oh well. first, josh and i went to see talladega nights (again for me.. awesome movie). then, we proceeded to a work function of mine which turned out to be a gold mine. free food, free beer, free prizes (i won a t-shirt and an alpine glass), free cigarettes, free tequila shots, kareoke, games. it was pretty fun. we played some games and sang a bit, then the request was made for the two soberest people to drive to the liquor store. oddly enough it was josh and i,so we were given the keys to a shitty old truck with very little gas and the trippiest spedometer EVER, and were sent on our way. we were half way to the store when the drugs kicked in. by the time we got to the store, we were in a totally different reality than everyone. we ran into jeff and rachel, but even they didn't make sense and our coversation was convoluted at best. by the time we made it back to the party, i didn't know what the fuck was going on. the grass was crazy, the fight stories everyone was telling was, were crazy. everything, was crazy. at around 1030, we left there and headed to dave and gregs. our plan was to hijack the party, and convince them to pay us to put on a show. however, within minutes of arriving i began feeling very ill. i headed for the deck, and stayed there about an hour talking it up, when greg pointed out to me that i didn't look too good. it went down hill from there. i don't remember much of the next few minutes, but when i woke up i was on the lawn next to a healthy pile of vomit. i felt alot better after that and after i got some water. the rest of the night went by pretty hilariously and smoothly.
anyway, i wonder what this week will hold. THE ELECTION IS OONNNN!!!
