Hotel stuff
So I checked out Uli from season 3 of Project Runway today. I was proud of myself because I recognized her face and her name. She was very nice.
I will also take this time to let you all know that George Carlin has been at the hotel as well. Staying with us while he is in town filming his HBO special. He has said hi to me each morning as he walks ( Read more... ) -
Lola
So, I listed my old car, Lola on Craigslist just over 24 hours ago and she sold less than 24 hours later. I had an email within a couple of hours of posting the ad, they came to look at it last night and came back with money this afternoon. Lola is gone. She was a good car, but her time with me was over. I work at 7am. Instead of waking up at the normal 5:40 or so I woke up at 4:20 and couldn't get back to sleep. I hate that. I'm up, I ate, made my coffee, did my rounds,(oxford comma!) and now just need to put my face on. Today we have 125 check outs and like 120 check ins at work. The last week (prior to my day off on Tuesday) was so stressfull at work that I slept for 13 hours Monday night. That kind of screwed me up so I was up until after 4am Wednesday morning (playing with my new Mac) and then had to be up at 8am for work. Having only had 4 hours of sleep I was beyond exhuasted. So last nights strange dream consisted of me taking Naranja to work with me. I have no idea why I took him, but I walked around with him under my arm and he was well behaved.
