Or .... How I Learned To Make Salad Dressing

I was playing around this afternoon trying to make a jerky marinade from stuff available in the kitchen. Well, I ended up making something that tastes like it would be a better salad dressing than a type of jerky.

So, here it is if you're feeling brave for a

1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/8 cup cold water
1/8 cup Colman's Mustard Powder
1/8 cup Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Coarse Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp chili powder

mix the colman's and the water together in a large bowl and let stand for 10 min. add vinegar, seasoned salt, brown sugar, garlic powder and chili powder. mix together. If making a salad dressing, I'd suggest adding a light oil of some kind.

Well, off to finish the jerky.
