Well folks it's offical, providing no sudden strokes of misfortune I will be joing Dave and Mark in Alabama on July 2nd. We got accepted for teh apartment but we will have to pay 2 months rent up front. I have been saving so I should be alright and I think Mark and Dave will be OK too

UAB, huh? Well that's just great! AND an apartment. Will wonders never cease? Looks like you got a pretty good life being setup already. None of this plunging headfirst into moving somewhere without the job/housing/plan nonsense. I'll admit soemtimes you gotta just do things, but meh, that's usual avoidable if you have patience and would rather not have the awkward homeless period that you end up telling your kids about when they reach college and want to backpack across Europe for some reason. I bet Dave is stoked to have moved to Alabama, and then have his friends follow him on down. So yay, get yer butt out of Illinois. This is my State (until I annex Iowa and Colorado)! Mu-hahahaha.
