I've decided to revive my account. Mostly to have a place to rant to myself. My doctors have me on so many meds right now I cannot tell what is a side affect of what or isn't even a side affect. On the other hand my therapist has two tiny cute dogs in her office ( Read more... ) -
Weekend
Thank goodness the weekend is here. This week was just unfriendly to my heart. -
Monday
Meds apparently drive a person crazy.
And life is pretty much sh*ty stressful with my dad's cancer. We have an appointment with his surgeon tomorrow. Hope it goes well. -
Thursday
Finally had my first doctor's appointment in three years and I am finally going back onto my anxiety meds! Please let life get a little bit better now. -
Tuesday
Oh please just get me through to the end of Thursday. Work will be so much lighter after that day. Stress will go down, marginally. Life will be looking up. Still a couple weeks before I can join the HP Comm ;.; <- cry face. I've been patient! -
Wednesday
Wonderful way to start the new year... my dad lost heat in his house for three days and ended up with pneumonia. He's doing a little bit better but his speech is still very handicapped from surgery. At this point his recovery might be as complete as it's going to be. -
Thursday
Apparently people think I have really cold feet as I got two pairs of slippers and three pairs of fuzzy socks for christmas. I already had two pairs of slippers. Now I have almost the same amount of slippers as I have rooms in my house! No more cold feet for me ( Read more... ) -
Sunday
So tired. This weekend was the start of the great family runaround holiday 'vacation'. Yesterday we took my dad out to the Muddy Rudder in Yarmouth and he had his first drink since the surgery. It was a Bloody Mary with half a lobster tail in it. He lite up like a little boy getting a puppy for the holidays. Today we drove out to see my mom in ( Read more... ) -
The Weeked
So, I was supposed to go see my mom this weekend and finish my christmas shopping. Neither event happened thanks to the boyfriends paranoia about the snow storm that didn't start until 6 on Saturday. Bored
So ends another week. Work has been dull lately. I replaced program assistant and was on a team of three assistants. A month and a half after I joined the other two left the company! So the managers have been very ginger with me. They haven't wanted to overwhelm me with work but they also haven't had time to train me because they've taken on most ( Read more... )
