the Catastrophe...☺

Okay so a few weeks ago I got in to a car accident in which I was afraid my jaw was fractured! DAMMIT, LJ totally ate my comment the first time... *sobs* I hate when that happens. It's always when it's a long one too.

Anyway, I talked to some people about it and they said you should definitely be getting a lawyer, one that won't charge you any fees, and they can help you a lot to get you insurance compensation, and medical bills taken care of, etc. If anything like this happens again, or even a speeding ticket, GO GET A LAWYER RIGHT AWAY. It is absolutely imperative these days, because cops don't want to get involved anymore, it's very common.

So you found a way to go to school? I'm so happy for you!! :D Definitely keep me posted on how that goes.

*bops silly girl on the head* Of course you should go to visit the Forbidden City if that's what you want to do! Be brave! I'm going to Fiji for 2 days even though it's a little unsafe because of the political coup going on there. I will just be cautious about going out at night.

One of my coworkers recently was in an accident and her own insurance wasn't complying with the law, and the police weren't being helpful at all, doing just the minimum they could get away with, and she was totally panicking until she got a lawyer, I don't think the payout was very big but it was still free for her. Another coworker got a lawyer willing to work for free just to fight a false speeding ticket, since those radars are notoriously inaccurate, it is easy to fight them if you have help. There are so many lawyers out there today, I think it's not that hard to get one. It's possible there are more ambulance chasers than average in Nevada though ;) But your situation is such that it should attract an ambulance chaser, unlike my sister's divorce (poor girl is paying a ton to her lawyer to get this divorce through ( ... )
