I Love/Hate Chrome!

Having used the Chrome browser regularly for a couple of years now, I really love quite a number of things about it.
  • It’s fast
  • The developer tools are superb
  • It has a vibrant user community, including a number of very smart people whose opinions I respect who ( Read more... )

Don't forget: “This is an invalid certificate and we're going to tell you about it EVERY FUCKING TIME you hit a site, and there's no way to say 'Yes, I know. I'm ok with it' and we know better than you and will just say 'You should install valid certs on your black-box consumer gear, or your high end black-box gear, or whatever, because fuck you, that's why.'”

Yes, Chrome annoys me. Enough so that I only use it when I need something FX or Safari doesn't handle well.

Google's Chrome developers don't care (or have been instructed not to care) about anything but Chrome on Android and ChromeOS. Any request for a change that would make Chrome deviate from those two platforms is either ignored or marked "WontFix".
