I'm an asshole, too! Well, not really. I might be a cigarette smoker, but I doubt you'll find me drunk or blocking the sidewalk.

My, that seems like a lifetime ago. I was thinking of High Priestess recently, that I ought to call and see how Eric is these days. I'm in Tampa once in a while but normally not for very long. Now even less that I'm Very Far Away.

Wow, speaking of a lifetime ago, last time I saw HP was probably Bay Area Renaissance Festival of '93 or '94 - I think the year I went dressed as "The Magician" from the Rider-Waite. Do you still talk to her? Please tell her I said "Hi."

I must confess, I'm somewhat envious. I've always wanted to live in San Fran, maybe not for ever, but for a few years at least. How do you like it?

Unfortunately High Priestess is no longer with us or in contact with mere mortals. She died in 2002. As far as I know, her husband still lives in Brandon although I haven't talked to him in a while ( ... )
