NOT AGAIN!!!!!!!

Alright.... this has been the WORST year for me, health wise. I started off the year with small tears in my quad muscles... then on to a break in my foot to massive sinus infection and on and on, even a respiratory infection in late July through most of august... and etc. That's just a PARTIAL list. NOW, I have yet ANOTHER sinus infection. I feel
